Architecture is not a presentation diagram. It is a way to keep decisions, data, and change understandable.
Build incrementally with clear validation
I prefer a small tested slice over a large promise that has not passed a real flow.
Treat reliability and maintainability as features
A system that is difficult to maintain or release is not truly finished, even if it already looks polished.
